What’s New at Disney’s Animal Kingdom: Zootopia and Bluey!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is in the middle of one of its most exciting eras yet. From a brand-new 4D show under the iconic Tree of Life to a beloved animated pup taking over Conservation Station, there’s never been a better time to visit! Here’s a look at the newest additions coming to the park.

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! Now Open at the Tree of Life Theater!

Animal Kingdom’s Tree of Life Theater has a brand-new tenant. Zootopia: Better Zoogether! officially opened on November 7, 2025, replacing the long-running It’s Tough to Be a Bug! show after more than two decades under the park’s iconic tree.

This nine-minute 4D show invites guests to celebrate “Zoogether Day,” a citywide festival uniting all of Zootopia’s diverse biomes, from Tundratown to Marsh Market, alongside fan favorites Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. Guests slip on “CarrotVision” 3D glasses as the adventure unfolds, complete with 4D effects including water sprays, bubbles, fog, and even the surprise sensation of scurrying rodents beneath the seats.

A standout feature is a new audio-animatronic of Officer Clawhauser, stationed beside the screen with impressive movement and expression. The show was developed in close collaboration with the directors of Zootopia 2, Jared Bush and Byron Howard, with all animation created by Disney Animation artists. Original cast members Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman also returned to voice their beloved characters.

The 4D effects are notably lighter in intensity than its predecessor, making it a great fit for younger guests and families. After the show, you can also meet Nick and Judy in their Zootopia 2 looks at the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot near the Tree of Life on Discovery Island!

Bluey’s Wild World! Coming to Conservation Station Summer 2026!

The biggest Animal Kingdom news on the horizon? Bluey and Bingo are heading to Disney World! Opening May 26, 2026, as part of Disney’s Cool Kids’ Summer event, Bluey’s Wild World will transform Conservation Station into an interactive playground inspired by the hit Australian animated series.

Guests can hop aboard the Wildlife Express Train and head to Conservation Station, where they’ll play games straight from Bluey episodes, including a fan-favorite animal-themed twist on Keepy Uppy, dance with the beloved sisters, and snap photos alongside Bluey and Bingo for the first time ever at Walt Disney World.

As part of the experience, an outdoor animal encounter area called “Jumping Junction” will feature animals native to Bluey’s home country of Australia. Disney has confirmed that Bluey’s Wild World will run through Cool Kids’ Summer and beyond, making it a permanent, long-term addition to Animal Kingdom.

With Zootopia: Better Zoogether! open now and Bluey’s Wild World debuting in May, Animal Kingdom is stacking up must-see experiences for the whole family.
